Electrically swiveling pans with a capacity of 80 liters, loud trolleys on tiled kitchen floors, the silence in empty university corridors, the smell of sweat and chip fat. This Project is about the canteen kitchens and the noisy dining rooms of german universities. It emerged during a commission for Telekom Deutschland (Campus Cooking) and was published in UNISPIEGEL.
